Conditions of Renting Apartments at "Cortijo Los Abedules".
- Guests may take possession of their apartment from 5 p.m. and asked to vacate the apartment by mid-day on the day of departure. Subject to availability and prior consultation it may be possible to change these times - please enquire.
- The price of the apartment includes all linen and towels for each occupant. If there is something missing please let us know.
- Children using the swimming pool MUST be accompanied by a responible adult at ALL times.
- It would be appreciated that the apartments are left in the condition they were found. All crockery, pots and pans, cutlery etc. clean and put away in their rightful places
- Please note that any un-reserved bedrooms in La Higuera will be locked and access barred.
- Please note that we encourage a policy of NO SMOKING in the apartments.
- We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards. All booking deposits are to be paid into our bank and the balance paid in cash on arrival. (Bank details are provided with booking confirmation)
